Cinfron has two jobs: stop the action that should not happen, and make the action that did happen provable.

Control

The agent cannot do X without Y: scoped permission, policy check, dry run, approval gate, or bounded execution.

Proof

After the fact, the team can prove what happened and why: lineage, attribution, replay, audit trail, and outcome.

Consequence

The focus is narrow: autonomous actions that are expensive, irreversible, regulated, customer-facing, or operationally material.
